DESIGN PROCESS
Ready to get started and learn more? Fill out our Inquiry Form on the contact page and I'll be in touch to schedule your free 30-minute design consultation to learn about your unique business and vision and see if I'm a good fit for your needs!
02. SAVE YOUR SPOT
Once we’ve had that initial consult, I’ll send you a proposal to approve, a contract to sign, followed by an invoice. The non-refundable deposit is due before any work commences, and is required to book your spot on my calendar.
03. PREP WORK FOR SUCCESS
It's homework time! I'll have you complete a comprehensive brand design questionnaire about your business, mission, goals, and ideal client. This is also when you will create and collect your site’s copy, brand images, etc. All copy must be completed by the website design start date.
04. BRAND DESIGN MAGIC
Branding is the visual foundation of your biz! You'll be asked to join a Pinterest board to get a feel for your vision before designing. We love using mood boards for new designs and brand refresh clients. We'll complete your logo design and select a color palette and fonts.
05. WEBSITE DESIGN CREATION
With your brand visuals fully designed, we go into website mode! I'll guide you through the entire process to ensure you have a website that's you visually stunning, supports your business goals, and uses proven strategies to increase conversions and stands out from the noise online.
06. LAUNCH & CELEBRATE!
It's time for the final tech wrap up details, apply SEO basics, and revealing your site to the world! As a bonus for choosing to work with us, you’ll get a set of brand/website reveal graphics to share on social media when announcing your launch. I will showcase it on my website and social media channels!
What website platforms do you work with?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Mainly Showit, but also WIX for custom websites only. I can also create sales pages in Kajabi and ClickFunnels. I do not work with other platforms such as Squarespace or Wordpress.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the package and website! The brand experience as a stand alone option can take 3 weeks. Our typical 5 page service-based client websites can launch in about 4-6 weeks. The brand and website complete package typically take 6-8 weeks.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We have a few different ways to break up payments, and it's totally up to your preference which one you choose to go with. Options include our typical 50/50% split, paying in full, or breaking the project total into even monthly payments which complete at the end of your estimated website timeline.
How soon can we get started?
This will depend on our current client schedule. Typically we are booking about 1-2 months ahead, but that wait time really comes in handy for our clients to make sure they have all their prep work complete in time for their start date.
Are there any other costs?
Yes. In order to have a Showit or Wix site, you'll have to invest in a monthly plan. You will also need a domain (if don't already have one). I recommended Go Daddy for your domain purchases.
Will you provide photos for my website, or do I need to supply my own?
If you would like help finding photos for your website, I can help you source stock images for an additional fee. But if you want your website to be totally custom and completely your own, I suggest providing your own high-res photographs that are entirely custom to your brand.
